Colossians 3:10
And have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator.
Help me to be renewed Jesus. I know through your word that being renewed is not these things: not living like the world or by its standards and not losing heart when your world is crashing around you because we know that inwardly we are renewed. If we believe the Bible to be 100% truth, which I do, I know that this momentary trouble is achieving greater purpose as it relates to our eternal purpose and call, so I do not fear, because he has called me for such a time as this. I am renewed through fixing my eyes not on the present which is passing, but fix my eyes on the UNSEEN, THE ETERNAL. Then the attitude of my mind is made new, I put on the eternal self, who I have always been, predestined by mercy and grace, and I live like the woman God created me to be, righteous by the blood of the lamb and made holy. We are renewed in the image of our creator, because we take hold of the promise of who we are in Him, Christ Jesus’ handiwork, created, chosen, predestined to do the good works which he prepared us for. On days when I feel myself fading I remind myself of Truth, His Word, and I remind myself that he is victorious as Revelation 12:11 shows:
They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.
Once I realized in the very core of my being that He was/is victorious, and recognize that the Living God resides in me, I walk victorious, because my God lives in me.
As believers we are victorious, and we speak victory when we declare his word over our lives, nothing in all of creation can harm us or stop us from the good works that God predestined for us to accomplish. Acts 26:18 says that he has opened my eyes, turned my ways from darkness to light, from the power of Satan to God, so that I may receive forgiveness of sins and I will be placed among those who are sanctified by faith in Jesus. He who created a good work in me, will carry out what he intended. When we believe in His call and victory, we are unstoppable, because we know our life is in the hands of He who knows the end from the beginning. So today I pray
Lord Jesus clothe me with yourself. I praise you for illuminating all the darkness, and exposing the darkness with light. Thank you that anything dark is made light and you are the true light that gives light to everyone. Jesus, the true light, come into my situation, radiate your light, your truth, and your word that permeates all darkness. I praise you that you are the only true unstoppable light. You illuminate. So illuminate my life Jesus, illuminate the path, make my footsteps and that of my family walk in light, love, justice, and truth. Help us to not harbor hate, but love. Forgive us for hate, because hate harbors darkness. So today, I hold unswervingly to the hope I profess, for he who promised is faithful. You are faithful Jesus, and in the darkest of moments, I ask you to enter in, shine your light on all darkness, illuminate my mind and give me supernatural wisdom and protection. You show me the path, and whether to turn to the right or to the left, I hear your voice illuminate my mind through the chaos and rubble. I declare I walk in the way of truth and light. Lord, wake me up from any areas of slumber, because your words says my salvation is nearer now than when I first believed. I praise you Jesus that the night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let me put aside all deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. I know my time is short, so today i rebuke the things of this world, they are passing. Help me to stand Firm in the truth and light. My God is faithful; and he will not let me be tempted beyond what I can bear. I praise you that when tempted, you will provide a way out so that you can endure it. I praise you because of your faithfulness to all the generations who love you, that you Lord alone rescue the godly from trials, and that you hold the unrighteous for punishment on the day of judgment. I praise you Jesus for your victory in my life, and what Satan intended for harm, you intend for good, Lord your ways are perfect. The end of all things is near. Help me to be alert and of sober minded so that I may pray. Above all, help me to love others deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. Help me to Offer hospitality others without grumbling. Help me to use whatever gift you have given me to serve others, as a faithful steward of God’s grace in its various forms. When I speak, help me to do so as one who speaks the very words of God. When I serve, I do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Help me to keep on my armor. Every day I Put on the full armor of God, so that I can take my stand against the devil’s schemes. For my struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore I put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, I may be able to stand my ground, and after I have done everything, to stand. I Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around my waist, the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, I take up the shield of faith, I can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. I Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. I pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, I am alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. I know that the one who calls me is faithful, and he will do it. The battle I face is not mine, but the Lords. I am renewed by you Jesus and your light.

1 Thessalonians 4:3-9
It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God; and that in this matter no one should wrong or take advantage of a brother or sister. The Lord will punish all those who commit such sins, as we told you and warned you before. For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life. Therefore, anyone who rejects this instruction does not reject a human being but God, the very God who gives you his Holy Spirit.

1 Thessalonians 5:5-11
You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, get drunk at night. But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet. For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. He died for us so that, whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him. Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
THE ONE WHO CALLS IS FAITHFUL – HE WILL DO IT

The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.

Suffering for Being a Christian
Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice inasmuch as you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed. If you are insulted because of the name of Christ, you are blessed, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you.
