Philippians 1:9-11 And this is my prayer: that your LOVE may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God.
I want my life to be an anthem proclaiming God’s Faithfulness. My prayer is that the body of Christ rise up and declare in the chaos that He is good all the time.
PSALM 119:68 You are good, and what you do is good; teach me your decrees.
That we remind ourselves of truth and silence fear. When you know where you are going, there should be no fear. It is normal to wonder how life is changing, wanting to protect your family, being concerned…after all we are human. Fellow Christ followers we know the end of the story, and like the many hero’s of faith who have gone before us, for such a time is this. The harvest is ready, the workers are few. What is God calling you to do today? How can you let others around you know the HOPE you have? God is in this, every fiber of this pandemic – He alone is in control. So today remind yourself of who’s child you are. Remind yourself of what you are called to do as a follower of Jesus. When fear creeps in remind yourself of truth. Here are a few Verses to remind us of truth:
Fear is the opposite of Faith (Fear is a liar): 2 Timothy 1:7 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us POWER, LOVE and SELF- DISCIPLINE.
1 Peter 3:6
like Sarah, who obeyed Abraham and called him her lord. You are her daughters if you do what is right and DO NOT give way to FEAR.
Hebrews 2:13-15
And again, “I will put my trust in him.” And again he says,“Here am I, and the children God has given me.” Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil — and FREE those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death.

Boasting About TomorrowNow listen, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.” Why, You DO NOT even KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN TOMORROW. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, “If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.”
Matthew 6:25-27
“Therefore I tell you, DO NOT WORRY about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father FEEDS THEM. Are you not much MORE VALUABLE than they? 1 John 3:13-14MDo not be surprised, my brothers and sisters, if the world hates you. We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love each other. Anyone who DOES NOT LOVE remains in death.
1 John 4:8 Whoever does not LOVE does not know God, because God is love.
Remember You are saved by His LOVE, GRACE and MERCY:
Titus 3:4-5 But when the kindness and LOVE of God our Savior appeared, He SAVED us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of His MERCY. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit,
Remember He is FAITHFUL:
Psalms 57:10 For great is Your LOVE, reaching to the heavens; your FAITHFULNESS reaches to the skies.
Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
Psalms 100:2-5 Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is GOOD and His LOVE ENDURES FOREVER; his FAITHFULNESS CONTINUES THROUGH ALL GENERATIONS. Acknowledge You are not in charge, He is:
Job 14:5 A person’s days are determined; you have decreed the number of his months and have set limits he cannot exceed.
Psalms 31:15 My times are in your hands; deliver me from the hands of my enemies, from those who pursue me. And REMEMBER He who has called you, is in control, so you don’t have to be. The Lord protected His people then, and He is protecting us now, and He will protect us in the future. He is our Shelter, Shade, Refuge, and Hiding Place. He is God and all His ways are good.
Isaiah 4:5-6 Then the Lord will create over all of Mount Zion and over those who assemble there a cloud of SMOKE by day and a glow of FLAMING FIRE by night; over everything the GLORY will be a CANOPY. It will be a SHELTER and SHADE from the heat of the day, and a REFUGE and HIDING PLACE from the storm and rain.
You can not add a second to your life:
Ecclesiastes 9:11-12 I have seen something else under the sun: The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned; but time and chance happen to them all. Moreover, no one knows when their hour will come: As fish are caught in a cruel net, or birds are taken in a snare, so people are trapped by evil times that fall unexpectedly upon them.
His Purpose stands, he knows past, present, and your future:
Isaiah 46:9-10 Remember the former things, those of long ago; I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me. I MAKE KNOWN the END from the BEGINNING, from ANCIENT TIMES, WHAT is STILL TO COME. I say, ‘My PURPOSE WILL STAND, and I will do all that I please.’
Psalms 102:27 But you remain the same, and your years will never end.
Numbers 23:19 God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?
The great news is God is in control. His purpose will stand. There is a purpose and plan for everything. I pray today this is a small bit of encouragement in trying times. Pray for God to show you how you can bring others the shalom the world desperately needs right now. Be the peace, light, and love for others. Pray for revival of the souls of men and women around the globe. Pray, speak blessing, and love others.
