Praise and Thanksgiving in suffering CARRY the Weary Soul
Lord you are my helper; I will not be afraid.
What can mere mortals do to me?”
Nothing can Harm me
Jesus Christ I praise you that you are the same yesterday and today and forever.
I praise you that I am not be carried away by all kinds of strange teachings.
My heart is strengthened by grace
I give thanks when I suffer because you King Jesus also suffered
You suffered outside the city gate to make your people holy through his own blood. Help me to outside the camp like you
To go to you outside the camp, bearing the disgrace he bore.
For here I do not have an enduring city, but I am looking for the city that is to come
I thank you that the praise of my lips is proper sacrifice
Help me to continually offer you praise in all situations
—the fruit of my lips is that I openly profess his name.
Help me to not forget to do good and to share with others,
I praise you when I do this that you are pleased.
I praise you that you give me the keys of the kingdom of heaven;
I thank you that whatever I bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever I loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
Jesus forgive me when I loose word curses
Forgive me, against you and only you have I sinned
I break the chains that I have bound myself, my family, and others around me with
Help me only to loose blessing here on earth and in heaven
I bind the enemy, specifically __________
I reverse the curse and send you back to the demon that sent you
I command that demon to go bound into the dry and uninhabited dry places where
Jesus would send you
By the blood of Jesus the Christ I am free
I live on every word that comes from the mouth of God
Forgive me for turning to worthless thing
Against you and only you have I sinned
I praise for the victory you give me in turning from these worthless things
Instead I turn to the living God, who made the heavens and the earth and the sea and everything in them
I praise you that you show me kindness by giving me rain from heaven and crops in their seasons; He provides me with plenty of food and fills my heart with JOY.
Prayer in Suffering
Jesus you share in my suffering because you suffered first for me, so that you could comfort me through your Holy Spirit. You knew when sin entered the world, that suffering would start, and I thank you for your your great rescue plan that involved sending your only son, Jesus, perfect to die for me, and all sinners, to raise from the dead, ascend into heaven and be seated at the right hand of God. All this so that I can join you one day in heaven and you gave me the gift of the Holy Spirit, who you sent to be my advocate, helper, and comforter. You show me the way to go, I walk in it. I know when I suffer, you suffered first, and being a follower of you does not mean a life without suffering, because you are the Son of God, and your entire life was being a servant and suffering. Being a follower of you means that when I suffer you are with me God of all comfort. I am comforted by my eternal inheritance you promised me the day I accepted you into my heart. Now that you live in me, you breath life into the dead areas of my life, and where there was no life, there is now life, and life more abundant. Rivers of your abundant water flow through me, you took my heart of stone and made it a heart of flesh. I have hope. My hope, my inheritance, is eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised me before the beginning of time. You are my living hope Jesus and I know that my inheritance can never perish, spoil, fade, and is kept for me in heaven. I praise you today that I am your child and if indeed I share in your sufferings it is so that I may also share in his glory. You gave me your Holy Spirit as a deposit guaranteeing what is to come, thank you Jesus. For I know that if my earthly tent, my body, that I live in is destroyed, I have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands. You have prepared a place for me in heaven. God fill me with the knowledge of your will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that I may live a life worthy of you, Lord and please you in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light. I praise you today that you give me the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that I may know you better. I pray that the eyes of my heart may be enlightened in order that I may know the hope to which you have called me, the riches of your glorious inheritance among your holy people, and your incomparably great power for us who believe. I know that power is the same as the mighty strength you exerted when you raised your son Jesus the Christ from the dead and seated him at your right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. God you placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way. You are my fullness and you fill me in every way.
